Can you work overnight after an event?
Yes. We run
after-hours crews for exactly this situation. Show ends at 10 PM, venue needs it clear by 6 AM — we handle it. We've picked up at 10:30 PM, midnight, and later.
Do you handle the teardown or just the hauling?
We handle hauling and disposal. If displays are already broken down (like pre-broken-down set flats), we load and remove. If items need disassembly, our crew can handle basic teardown — removing bolted displays, breaking down booth structures, etc. Complex AV or rigging should be handled by your production team first.
Can you recycle set materials?
Yes. Wood from set flats, metal framing, cardboard, and plastic get sorted and recycled. Usable furniture and display fixtures are donated when possible. Over 60% of what we remove stays out of the landfill.
Do you work with event management companies on recurring basis?

How quickly can you get to the venue?
