Common questions
How fast can you actually come out?
Usually same day. Call or text in the morning and we can normally be there that afternoon. Need a specific time? Just say so.
How do you work out the price?
By how much of the truck it fills. $99 for one or two items, $650 and up for a full truck. Send a photo and we text you a price before anyone drives out. No hourly rate.
Do I need to be there?
Not if we can get to it. Garage, driveway, curb, all fine. Plenty of people leave a gate code and pay once we send photos of the cleared space.
What won’t you take?
Hazardous waste, wet paint, asbestos, most chemicals. Tires, mattresses and some electronics have a disposal fee. We tell you upfront.
What happens to it all?
About 60 percent gets recycled or donated. Metal, appliances, electronics and furniture that’s still good go to our recycling and donation partners first.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes, all the time. Rental turnovers, tenant leave-behinds, sheriff set-outs. See eviction cleanouts, or ask about invoicing.
