Junk Same Day Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Junk Same Day‘s website (https://junksameday.com), our junk removal services, and all communications you receive from us. By visiting our website, requesting a quote, booking a job, or providing your phone number to us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services or website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to agree to these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the property owner. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Junk Same Day provides residential and commercial junk removal, hauling, eviction cleanout, hoarding cleanup, estate cleanout, appliance removal, mattress disposal, garage cleanout, and related services in Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Arvada, Thornton, Westminster, Littleton, Parker, Centennial, and the surrounding Denver metro area. Service availability and pricing may vary by location.
3. Quotes, Booking & Scheduling
- Quotes provided over the phone, by text, or online are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price is set on-site after our crew assesses the actual volume, weight, and type of items.
- Same-day service is offered when crew availability permits. We will notify you if same-day service is not available for your job.
- You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the items being removed. If access is unsafe or impractical, we reserve the right to decline or reschedule the job.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Pricing is based on volume (truckload), labor, item type, and disposal fees. We provide a flat, inclusive quote on-site before any work begins, and we will not start a job until you approve the price.
- Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved electronic payments.
- Special-condition jobs (biohazard, hoarding, sheriff-present evictions, items requiring special disposal) may carry additional fees, which will be disclosed before work begins.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge by calling (303) 324-6014 or replying to your booking confirmation text. Cancellations made after our crew has been dispatched to your address may incur a trip fee to cover travel and labor.
6. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
By providing your mobile phone number to Junk Same Day — whether through our online booking form, quote request form, by replying to a text from us, or by giving consent verbally to a member of our team — you agree to receive text messages from Junk Same Day related to your service. SMS consent is collected separately from any other consent on our website, and opting in is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Program description
The Junk Same Day SMS program is a customer service and transactional messaging program. Messages may include:
- Booking confirmations and appointment reminders
- Crew arrival notifications (e.g., “Your crew is 15 minutes out”)
- Quote follow-ups and pricing details
- Customer service replies to questions you have asked
- Service updates, rescheduling notices, and post-job follow-up
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Most customers receive between 2 and 6 messages per booked job. You will not receive recurring marketing messages unless you have separately opted in to a marketing program.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Junk Same Day does not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt-out (STOP)
You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive further texts from the Junk Same Day SMS program. You may also email info@junksameday.com or call (303) 324-6014 to be removed.
Help (HELP)
For help with the SMS program, reply HELP to any message, email info@junksameday.com, or call (303) 324-6014. We will respond with information on how to use the program and how to contact us.
Supported carriers
The Junk Same Day SMS program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle the information you provide.
7. Email Communications
By providing your email address, you agree to receive transactional emails about your service (quotes, confirmations, invoices, follow-ups). You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link in those messages.
8. Customer Responsibilities & Property Access
- You confirm that you are the owner of the items being removed, or that you have the legal authority to dispose of them.
- You are responsible for providing safe access to your property and for disclosing any known hazards (sharps, biohazards, firearms, hazardous chemicals, structural issues, aggressive pets) before our crew arrives.
- If our crew encounters a hazard or condition not disclosed in advance that materially changes the scope or safety of the job, we may pause, reschedule, or decline the job and adjust pricing accordingly.
9. Items We Do Not Haul
For safety, legal, and regulatory reasons, we do not haul certain items, including but not limited to: hazardous chemicals, asbestos, medical waste outside our biohazard protocol, ammunition, large quantities of fuel, and items designated as hazardous waste under Colorado law. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before booking. See our guide to items that cannot be thrown away in Colorado.
10. Limitation of Liability
Junk Same Day is licensed and insured. We will exercise reasonable care in performing your job. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for items the customer authorized us to remove. Pre-existing damage, structural issues, or items concealed behind belongings are not the responsibility of Junk Same Day.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Junk Same Day, its owners, employees, and contractors from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your misrepresentation of ownership or authority over the items removed.
12. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Junk Same Day website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the Junk Same Day name — is owned by Junk Same Day or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
