Junk Same Day SMS Terms
These SMS Terms describe Junk Same Day’s text-messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number to Junk Same Day — through our online booking form, quote request form, by replying to a text from us, or by giving consent verbally to a member of our team — you agree to the terms on this page. SMS consent is collected separately from any other consent on our website, and opting in is not a condition of purchasing any service.
These SMS Terms supplement our full Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, the SMS-specific provisions on this page govern your participation in the text program.

Junk Same Day Customer Service & Booking Notifications
Program description
The Junk Same Day SMS program is a customer-service and transactional messaging program. Messages may include:
- Booking confirmations and appointment reminders
- Crew arrival notifications (e.g., “Your crew is 15 minutes out”)
- Quote follow-ups and pricing details
- Customer-service replies to questions you have asked
- Service updates, rescheduling notices, and post-job follow-up (review or feedback requests)
How to opt in
You opt in to the Junk Same Day SMS program by any of the following:
- Submitting a booking, quote, or contact form on junksameday.com that includes your phone number, where consent language appears next to the submit button.
- Texting Junk Same Day at (303) 324-6014 to start a conversation.
- Giving verbal consent during a phone call with a member of our team.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Most customers receive between 2 and 6 messages per booked job. You will not receive recurring marketing messages unless you have separately opted in to a marketing program.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Junk Same Day does not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt-out (STOP)
You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP you will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive further texts from the Junk Same Day SMS program. You may also email info@junksameday.com or call (303) 324-6014 to be removed.
Help (HELP)
For help with the SMS program, reply HELP to any message, email info@junksameday.com, or call (303) 324-6014. We will respond with information about the program and how to contact us.
Supported carriers
The Junk Same Day SMS program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy & data sharing
We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you share with us is used only to provide and improve our service to you, and we apply standard safeguards consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
