Biohazard Situations During Denver Eviction Cleanouts — Our Protocol and Partners

JSD is not a biohazard company. We do not do meth remediation, trauma cleanup, or unattended death cleanup. Here is what triggers a biohazard referral — and what we do after the space is cleared.

JSD does not perform biohazard remediation. If an evicted Denver unit has an unattended death, meth contamination, needles throughout, or severe hoarding with biohazard conditions, we refer to our partner Bio-One Denver at (303) 946-8834. After Bio-One clears and certifies the space, JSD comes in for the junk removal. Call (303) 324-6014 and we will assess whether your unit needs biohazard remediation first or if we can proceed directly with the cleanout.

What JSD Does NOT Do

We are an eviction cleanout operation — not a biohazard remediation company. We do not have the licensing, equipment, or training for:

• Meth remediation — requires certified decontamination, air testing, and state clearance
• Trauma / crime scene cleanup — blood, bodily fluids, decomposition
