Step 1: You Call or Book Online

- What needs to go? — Furniture, appliances, general junk, construction debris, yard waste, or a mix of everything
- How much? — A few items, a room’s worth, a garage full, or an entire house
- Where is it? — City, neighborhood, what floor, any access issues (stairs, narrow hallways, gated community)
- When do you need us? — Today? This afternoon? Tomorrow morning?

The Same-Day Cutoff
Call before noon and we can almost always get there the same day. Afternoon calls are usually next-morning. But call regardless — if we have a crew finishing a job near you, we’ll fit you in.
Step 2: You Get a Price Range
Over the phone, we’ll give you a ballpark based on what you describe. Our pricing is based on truck volume — how much space your items take up in our truck.

No hidden fees. The price we quote includes labor, loading, hauling, disposal fees, and a broom-clean finish. Stairs, heavy items, and same-day service don’t cost extra.
Step 3: Our Crew Arrives
We’ll give you a 2-hour arrival window (e.g., “between 10 and noon”). When the crew is 15–20 minutes out, you’ll get a heads-up call.
The crew:
- Typically 2 people for standard jobs, 3 for heavy cleanouts
- Full-size junk removal truck (holds approximately 10–12 cubic yards — equivalent to about 4 pickup truck loads)
- All equipment needed — dollies, straps, protective blankets for your floors and walls
You don’t need to do anything. Just point to what goes and what stays. We handle all lifting, carrying, loading, and cleanup.
Step 4: On-Site Price Confirmation
Before we load a single item, the crew lead will walk through what’s being removed and give you a firm, final price. This is based on actual volume — not an estimate.
- If the job is what you described on the phone, the price will match the range we quoted
- If there’s more (or less) than expected, we’ll adjust and explain why
- You approve the price before we start. No surprises.
Step 5: We Load Everything
This is the part where you sit on the porch and drink coffee while we do the work.

Step 6: We Sort and Dispose Responsibly
Not everything goes to the landfill. We sort items into three streams:
- Donation (30%+) — Usable furniture, clothing, household items go to Denver-area charities. Donation receipts available on request.
- Recycling (30%+) — Metals, electronics, appliances, cardboard, and other recyclable materials go to certified recycling facilities
- Responsible disposal (remaining) — Everything else goes to licensed transfer stations and landfills in compliance with Colorado regulations

Step 7: Broom-Clean Finish
Before we leave, we sweep the area where items were removed. If we pulled furniture from a room, that room gets swept. If we cleaned out a garage, the garage floor gets swept.

Step 8: Payment
We accept:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
- Cash
- Venmo/Zelle
- Net-30 invoicing (for property management and commercial accounts)
Payment is collected after the job is complete — not before.

What We Don’t Take
- Hazardous chemicals (paint thinner, solvents, acids)
